A great example of the legendary Oyster Perpetual Day-Date by Rolex. The Day Date has been in Rolex production for over 60 years and was the first wristwatch to feature the Day and Date display. The DD has widely been regarded as THE watch to aspire to and often the pinnacle for many Rolex fans. Of course, the watch itself has had many adjustments over the years from ‘single quick’ date changes (this is where the date wheel only could be changed rapidly and you would have to manually go round the days to get to the correct day) to ‘double quick’ (this where both the day and date can be rapidly changed leading to a much easier usage of the watch). Tempus Lord are pleased to offer this excellent 1993 example that features the iconic President bracelet (only available in precious metal) and rare Black Roman dial (we tend to see over 90% of these with champagne-coloured dials).
