An 18k Yellow Gold Chronograph Men’s Wristwatch, silver opaline dial with applied hour markers and applied roman numerals VI & XII, 30 minute recorder at 3 0’clock, small seconds at 9 0’clock,  pulso meter around the edge of the dial, a fixed 18k yellow gold bezel, an original navy blue leather strap (not as pictured) with an original 18k yellow gold deployant clasp, sapphire glass, exhibition case back, manual wind movement, in excellent condition, comes complete with a Patek Philippe box and Papers dated December 2010.
